Section 1

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register and use the dking8 platform, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during the registration process is entirely the responsibility of the user.

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register with your full name, mobile phone number and a valid, active email address.
• Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Not represent any third party or register on behalf of another person.

dking8 reserves the right to request a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Accounts that fail to submit the required documents within the specified period may be temporarily suspended.

Section 2

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the dking8 platform are handled through secure, encrypted payment channels. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details entered are accurate.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for all supported payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
• Deposited funds may only be used by the registered account holder.
• dking8 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however third-party payment providers may have their own charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.
• dking8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals for security purposes.
• The wagering requirement for any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

Section 3

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

dking8 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before activation.

Welcome Bonus

The dking8 welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Example 2: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

This bonus can only be claimed once by each eligible new account. Any attempt to obtain the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and disciplinary action against the accounts concerned.

VIP Programme and Cashback

Active members are eligible to join the dking8 VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on gaming activity and continued engagement on the platform. Cashback is credited automatically according to the set weekly schedule.

Section 4

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All users are required to comply with the conduct guidelines set by dking8 to ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dking8 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to deceive the game system or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities or money laundering.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual during the registration or verification process.
• Reproducing, copying or distributing dking8 platform content without written permission.
• Spreading misleading or false information about the dking8 platform to other users.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all fund balances, and where applicable, appropriate legal action.

Section 5

Data Protection and Privacy

dking8 takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing and service improvement purposes.

Your personal information will not be sold, transferred or shared with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Required by law or the relevant authorities.
• Necessary to process transactions through legitimate third-party payment providers.
• For identity verification purposes and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The dking8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, dking8 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors or temporary downtime.

dking8 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or factors outside our control.
• Loss or theft of login information due to the user's own negligence.
• Game outcomes generated by a legitimate and certified RNG (random number generator) system.
• Changes in cryptocurrency value that affect deposit or withdrawal amounts.

Online gambling involves real financial risk. Players are fully responsible for their own gambling decisions. dking8 encourages all users to gamble within their means and to seek help if needed.

Section 7

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the dking8 customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
